Terms of Service

What the service is

AI with Dev provides live, one-on-one education, coaching, review, and planning for AI tools, workflows, resumes, LinkedIn profiles, apps, and websites. Sessions provide guidance and next steps; they are not done-for-you implementation, production delivery, ongoing management, or unlimited follow-up work.

Sessions are not legal, financial, tax, medical, hiring, cybersecurity, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for your decisions, accounts, files, work product, testing, and use of any suggestions.

Eligibility and booking

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter an agreement to book a paid session. Provide accurate booking information and use a contact address you can access.

Scheduling and intake are handled through Cal.com. Payment is processed through Stripe during booking. All prices displayed by AI with Dev are in United States dollars (USD).

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

The Refunds & Cancellations Policy is part of these terms. In summary, use the Cal.com booking link to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. A cancellation made at least 24 hours ahead qualifies for a full refund; later cancellations and missed sessions are normally non-refundable.

Your responsibilities

To keep a session useful and safe, you agree to:

• Join on time with the files, links, access, and context you want to discuss
• Use only materials and accounts you own or are authorized to use
• Avoid sharing passwords, card numbers, Social Security numbers, API keys, or confidential third-party data
• Save, review, test, and validate any notes, edits, prompts, plans, or outputs after the session
• Treat the host and the service respectfully and avoid unlawful, abusive, or harmful use

No guaranteed result

A session does not guarantee a job, interview, promotion, business result, revenue, cost saving, working automation, successful app, website performance, or acceptance by any third party. Results depend on your situation, preparation, access, decisions, and follow-through.

Materials and third-party tools

You keep ownership of materials you bring to a session. AI with Dev keeps ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, examples, branding, and site content. You may use session notes and guidance for your own lawful personal or business work.

Cal.com, Stripe, Google, Vercel, LinkedIn, and AI or builder tools are independent services. Their availability, outputs, security, and terms are outside AI with Dev’s control.

Service limits

The site and sessions are provided with reasonable care, but online services can be interrupted and guidance may not fit every situation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI with Dev is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses caused by relying on session guidance or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.

Ending a session and changes

AI with Dev may refuse or end a session involving abuse, unlawful activity, unsafe requests, credential sharing, or material outside the agreed scope. Any refund decision in that situation will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

These terms may be updated when the services change. The version in effect when you book will apply to that booking unless a change is required by law.
